Sterling Waterford has established a leading presence in the emission reduction market.Within the carbon credit market, Sterling Waterford created the first investment derivative (Carbon Credit Note) and also publicly listed the first Carbon Credit derivative on a recognised global securities exchange (JSE Securities Exchange). The company subsequently released the first fixed-interest carbon credit linked instrument - Collateralised Enhanced Yield Certificate - another first in this market.
